• 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or shared services.
• Strong foundation in accounting operations, reporting, controls, and close processes.
• Proven leadership of large, multi-functional teams in a complex org.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-location shared services organization of ~150 employees.
• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee general ledger, payroll, benefits accounting, AR, and regional accounting.
• Lead finance transformation to modernize processes and scalability.
• Drive automation and digitalization to improve efficiency and controls.
• Lead organizational change with new technologies and ways of working.
• Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Establish KPIs and documentation of procedures and roles.
