Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial project controlling/management in construction projects.
• PM@Siemens - CPM certificate or equivalent (internals)

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• MBA preferred; SAP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bid preparation and approval process; review and negotiate terms with Legal; evaluate risks.
• Lead commercial aspects from order intake through delivery and warranty.
• Identify risks/opportunities with Project Manager to avoid margin slippage.
• Prepare and present commercial topics in meetings; escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, tax, and ICFR/RIC; enforce contract controls.
