Siemens AG in Dallas, TX, seeks aCommercial Project Manager (CPM) - Finance Controller to oversee commercial aspects from sales to completion. You will partner with Sales and Project Management, interact with multiple stakeholders, and drive project profitability and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in project controlling, CPM certification, and strong English communication. Hybrid work with occasional travel is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in commercial project controlling/management in construction projects.
• PM@Siemens - CPM certificate or equivalent (internals).
• Required travel: 10-20%.
• Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Mansioni

• Oversee bid preparation and approval process; review contractual terms with Legal support.
• Lead commercial topics in project meetings and escalate critical issues.
• Manage project finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control.
• Ensure timely invoicing, receivables management, and maximize cash flow.
• Coordinate procurement for best bids within budget and contracts.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and internal controls.
