Siemens Energy in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a Senior Project Finance Manager / Senior Commercial Project Manager to lead financial control and reporting for engineering projects, from forecasting revenue and margins to invoicing and compliance.

You will work with the project team to ensure IFRS 15 and local GAAP, manage risk, optimize cash flow, and maintain project books in SAP and iTWO PM Imp@ct, tackling turnkey and EPC-lite ventures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in a similar financial project management or commercial project role.
• Professional degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Mandatory project management certification (PMP or IPMA).
• Strong forecasting, revenue recognition, cash flow, invoicing, pricing and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15, GAAP, internal controls; experience with SAP or iTWO PM Imp@ct is beneficial.
• Ownership mindset, proactive risk management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Take full responsibility for all finance-related matters across assigned projects.
• Forecast project progress, revenue, margins and cash flow monthly with accurate reporting.
• Prepare commercial documentation for regular project status meetings.
• Ensure IFRS 15, GAAP compliance and accurate project books in SAP and iTWO.
• Manage financial guarantees, bonds, and project securities; support risk minimization.
• Contribute to lessons learned and improve tender accuracy and project execution.
• Partner with the Project Manager to assess risks, negotiate changes, and coordinate responses.
