Job summary

PEAK6 is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to own the finance shared services function—AP, Travel & Expense, accounting support, and systems administration. You will shepherd Ramp and NetSuite platforms, lead a small AP/T&E team, and drive standardization across entities.

The right candidate blends process discipline with people leadership and a bias toward automation and AI-driven improvements across finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with finance operations, AP, T&E, and multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on experience administering finance/T&E platforms like Ramp or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Systems & Platform Ownership: oversee Ramp and NetSuite, manage access, configuration, and issue triage.
• T&E Management: own end-to-end expense process, policy compliance, and reimbursements.
• Accounts Payable Operations: supervise multi-entity AP processes, approvals, and payments.
• Accounting Support: assist month-/year-end close, improve GL coding, and reconciliations.
• Controls & Compliance: strengthen internal controls and support audits.
• Reporting & Analytics: produce KPIs, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Process Improvement & Automation: identify manual tasks and implement automation.
• AI Projects & Initiatives: lead AI automation projects and ROI tracking.
• Team Management: lead AP/T&E analysts, set priorities, conduct reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with FP&A, Accounting, and stakeholders.
