PEAK6 is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to own the day-to-day health of finance shared services, including AP, Travel & Expense, and systems administration. You will lead a small AP/T&E team, standardize processes, and drive automation and AI-driven improvements across Ramp and NetSuite.

The role emphasizes controls, analytics, cross-entity collaboration, and process optimization in a fast-paced, hybrid environment at PEAK6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in finance operations, accounts payable, or accounting, ideally multi-entity.
• Experience managing a team, including performance management and coaching.
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals: journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Hands-on experience administering finance/T&E platforms (Ramp, NetSuite, or comparable).
• Experience improving or automating financial processes, including AI-enabled tools.

Responsabilités

• Own Ramp (T&E and P2P) administration and upgrades.
• Oversee end-to-end T&E process, policy compliance, and reimbursements.
• Manage multi-entity AP, approvals, and month-end close support.
• Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and accrual reviews.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits related to AP and systems.
• Produce recurring finance ops reports and KPIs; develop dashboards.
