Job summary

University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus is seeking a finance professional to join the Professional Services Financial Management Team. The role reports to the Finance Manager for a portfolio of departments and will be the primary contact for day-to-day financial management.

This 12-month fixed-term, full-time role (36.25 hours) offers hybrid working, generous holiday entitlement and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across an organisation.
• Prepare detailed budgets, project costings and forecasts.
• Compile monthly management accounts.
• Analyse and explain variances to budget/forecast.
• Calculate and process accruals/prepayments and other accounting data entry.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide general support to the wider Professional Services Financial Management team.
