Job Juncture seeks a Principal IT Finance Analyst in the Greater Akron, OH area. The role blends finance and IT to support enterprise financial systems and digital transformation, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 WFH).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CIS/CS/Finance/Accounting/IT or related field.
• 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise Finance systems or IT applications.
• Experience leading multiple technology projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT to support enterprise financial systems.
• Translate evolving business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead or participate in software evaluations, vendor assessments, and RFP processes.
• Manage multiple IT projects for Finance including planning, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Develop documentation for processes, integrations, and system architecture.
