Job summary

National PACE Association (NPA) seeks a Senior Coordinator, Finance and Facilities to manage AR, invoicing and payments, support payroll and month-end close, and maintain NPA's facilities in Alexandria.

You will work in a small, fast-paced office hybrid role, coordinate with building management and vendors, support remote staff, and help maintain financial records and member services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or nonprofit finance.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments for memberships, conferences, and related activities.
• Coordinate annual dues collection and support member services.
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Maintain a cloud-based file system and SSO access controls.
• Support bank reconciliations and month-end close.
• Provide in-office support and collaborate with facilities vendors.
