Qualifications

Recent SAP experience; prepared to discuss SAP experience during the phone screen.
High-intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables.
Experience managing large-volume collections across significant dollar amounts and business accounts.
Strong Accounts Receivable, collections, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support Accounts Receivable, corporate collections, dispute and deduction management, and cash flow optimization.
Analyze chargebacks and invoicing issues.
Lead collections for disputed accounts and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support process improvements and reporting improvements.
