Reporting to the Manager of Financial Operations, you will handle procurement reviews, travel and expense processing, accounts receivable, and year-end close activities while learning university financial systems and policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years’ related experience (4+ years if no Associate’s degree).
• Computer competency requiring spreadsheet and database software.

Responsibilities

• Procurement review, travel and expense processing, and accounts receivable support.
• Review and approve requisitions with costings, funding, and bids.
• Reconcile P-Card and department card transactions in Concur.
• Process invoices, deposits, and year-end close activities.
• Assist in resolving unclaimed or unidentified payments and donor inquiries.
