Job summary

Harvard University seeks a Finance Associate to support financial operations for academic departments within FAS. You will handle procurement review, travel and expense processing, accounts receivable, cash handling, and year-end close duties under supervision.

Work with department managers to ensure policy compliance, accuracy, and timely processing in Concur, Oracle, and related systems. Hybrid on-campus work is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in related financial roles (3 years if degree).
• Experience with procurement, travel expense, AR, and year-end close preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve requisitions with costing, funding, and bidding checks.
• Process travel and expense reports; ensure receipts and approvals per policy.
