You will collaborate with operations, client solutions, and accounting teams to ensure timely reporting and accurate budgeting, while contributing to continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar.
• Experience supporting FP&A or operational finance teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with financial analysis or business intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).
• Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, identify trends, and deliver insights to guide decision-making.
• Build forecasts and budgets reflecting operational realities and growth trajectory.
• Prepare clear financial reports and dashboards; track variances and cash flow.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and accounting teams to gather context and communicate findings.
