Job summary

ABB Greece is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide financial insights for the assigned organization, analyzing metrics, trends and proposing actions to improve performance.

You will work with Finance, Sales and Operations to support reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring data accuracy and driving automation where possible. The role is hybrid with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in financial controlling, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and financial reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial knowledge to assigned organization and analyze metrics.
• Compile and analyze relevant metrics, identify trends, and communicate findings to groups.
• Suggest actions to improve financial performance and automate solutions.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecast, and ad hoc projects.
• Ensure processes and controls align with policies and regulations.
• Maintain audit trails and prepare presentations of findings.
