Job summary

Wilson Sonsini is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Finance team. You will manage client account portfolios, interface with firm clients, partners, and finance management, and ensure accurate and timely billing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in high volume/dollar, automated, law firm finance role, including billing and collections.
• Experience with Aderant or other legal finance software.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact for billing and finance-related matters.
• Manage the inventory of a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring compliance with the firm’s financial policies.
• Understand billing structures, terms, client requirements, and firm economics to advise partners.
• Oversee accurate and timely billing and track receivables.
