Job summary

The role requires at least 4 years in high-volume law firm finance with expertise in billing and collections, and proficiency with Aderant, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in high-volume law firm finance with billing and collections experience.
• Experience with financial policies and procedures and finance software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partners as primary billing contact
• Manage inventory of client portfolios, ensuring compliance with firm policies
• Understand billing structures and terms to advise partners
• Oversee accurate and timely billing, track receivables, resolve payment issues
• Use dashboards to analyze client financial performance and trends
