Qualifications

• 8–12 years of remote desktop support and field services experience.
• Experience with enterprise desktop environments and security tooling.
• Ability to analyze incidents and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality remote desktop support by diagnosing hardware and OS issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for desktop applications and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate field services activities such as device provisioning and replacement.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams and document incident details.
• Implement secure configuration baselines for desktops and laptops.
• Monitor support queues and prioritize requests to meet SLAs.
• Develop technical knowledge base articles for future resolutions.
• Assist in evaluating desktop OS upgrades and client tools.
• Perform routine health checks on endpoint devices and tools.
• Communicate clearly with customers during troubleshooting and updates.
• Support hybrid work models by resolving remote connectivity issues.
• Apply insurance workflow understanding to align configurations and support.
• Contribute to team process improvements in ticket handling.
