BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Grayson, KY. The role covers territory management, consultative selling to schools and programs, and full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service.

The position offers a base salary with an annual draw range, plus performance-based incentives. Local travel is required in a hybrid work setting, evenings and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years B2B outside sales or coaching background.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Hybrid role requiring travel 2-5 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads and drive new business through campaigns.
• Manage CRM activities for accounts and prospects.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within territory.
