Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Field Sales Administrator to empower the Field Sales team. You will handle contracts, invoicing, and inquiries while supporting Ikon Pass Group and International Sales.

The role focuses on building industry relationships and driving sales initiatives with strong organizational skills. You will assist in events, travel, and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in administrative, sales support, customer service, or related role; experience supporting a sales organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Field Sales and partners for contracts, invoicing, and terms.
• Provide admin and customer support for Ikon Pass Group and International Sales.
• Compile and analyze weekly wholesale sales performance using tracking tools.
• Support Field Sales events and travel as required.
• Develop relationships with industry partners and support sales initiatives.
• Maintain day-to-day operations to enable Field Sales to meet objectives.
