Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company seeks a Senior Product Manager, Digital Product, to define and deliver customer-facing digital experiences across Alterra and the Ikon Pass ecosystem, with a strong ecommerce and mobile focus.

You will lead product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and partner with Engineering, UX/Design, Marketing, Analytics, and business stakeholders from discovery through launch and optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of product management delivering customer-facing digital products.
• Experience owning consumer ecommerce experiences (discovery, cart, checkout, payments, post-purchase).
• Experience delivering native mobile apps on iOS and/or Android.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and conversion optimization.
• Experience defining requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, QA, analytics, marketing and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch, and optimization.
• Own backlog decisions in partnership with engineering, design, QA, and business teams.
• Manage cross-platform dependencies and trade-offs based on value and risk.
• Collaborate with third-party tech and commerce partners and report progress to leadership.
• Define KPIs and measurement plans; monitor performance and drive improvements.
