Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Field Sales Administrator to support Ikon Pass Domestic Wholesale, Group, and International Sales. You will manage contracts, invoicing, reporting, and partner communications while coordinating travel and events for the Field Sales team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in admin or sales support, strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills (D365 recommended), and demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in administrative, sales support, or related role in a professional environment.
• Experience supporting a sales organization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for Ikon Pass Domestic Wholesale partners and accounts.
• Provide administrative support for Group and International Sales, including emails and inquiries.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and marketing materials for team operations.
• Assist Field Sales Director with invoicing, contracts, and operational support.
