Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Operations Team Lead in Houston to oversee loaner kit fulfillment and product distribution for reps and customers. You will manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and audit readiness, while optimizing warehouse processes and ensuring safety compliance.

Role involves coordinating orders, tracking service levels, and leading a team with on-site and field responsibilities, including travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• A BS/BA degree is required; in lieu of degree 6+ years of relevant work experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ years of warehouse/inventory control experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior people leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit/order fulfillment and oversee distribution for representatives and customers.
• Track inventory accurately, record keeping, and warehouse inventory cycle counting; manage expired products and optimize inventory utilization.
• Maintain audit readiness and assist with audits.
• Implement processes to optimize warehouse inventory accounting for up to 50% of Branch inventory assets.
• Meet established operations metrics (turns, service levels).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing kits/products for compliance with specifications and usage.
• Process orders with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or carriers to expedite deliveries.
• Investigate customer complaints and track service levels; solve discrepancies.
• Utilize processes and tools for scheduling surgeries.
• Collaborate with internal resources for alternative product obtainment.
• Managerial duties including training, coaching, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
