Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Houston, TX to lead warehouse operations, materials management, and logistics. You will oversee receipt, storage, movement, tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment through a team of multi-purpose technicians.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and cost control while optimizing space and workflow. A valid Texas driver’s license, CMMS experience (SAP preferred), and forklift training are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial environments and handling of materials.
• Ability to manually handle various materials.
• Forklift trained and certified.
• HAZWOPER 40 Certification required or in process.
• Valid Texas driver’s license necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipment of materials and assets.
• Direct staffing, resource allocation, and workflow planning to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with safety/environment teams to optimize operations.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize excess and ensure material availability.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
