Job summary

Vital Research seeks a Field Interviewer for a hybrid role in Duluth, MN. You will conduct interviews with aging individuals and those with disabilities to assess their quality of life and service satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be tech-savvy and have access to a vehicle for travel. Competitive compensation is provided for interviews conducted, with a focus on making a positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be available to conduct all interview modes (in-person, phone, and video).
• Access to your own car for traveling to participants' residences.
• Equipped with a webcam and secure Wi-Fi connection for contract work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with empathy and manage schedules independently.
• Travel to participants’ preferred locations for in-person interviews.
• Document interview outcomes and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
