The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with 0–2 years of experience in engineering or a related field, with a degree. Expect local travel, hands-on learning, and growth in hardware and networking skills while supporting deployments.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with 0–2 years of experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, CS, or Electronics preferred.
• Technical certifications, internships, school projects, or equivalent hands-on experience welcome.
• Strong interest in technology, hardware, and learning new technical skills.
• Basic understanding of computers, networking, electronics, or technical systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally; ability to lift and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on deployment and support of Wiliot’s IoT solutions in real-world environments.
• Work with experienced teams to deploy for major customers.
• Provide customer-facing technical assistance during installations and service visits.
