We are seeking Entry-Level Field Engineer's to join our Dallas and Bentonville teams. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will play a critical part in deploying and supporting Wiliot’s cutting-edge IoT solutions in real-world environments.

You'll work alongside experienced technical teams, gain exposure to customer environments, and play an important role in bringing Wiliot's technology to life.

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred.
• Technical certifications, internships, school projects, or equivalent hands-on experience are also welcome.
• Strong interest in technology, hardware, and learning new technical skills.
• Basic understanding of computers, networking, electronics, or technical systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in different environments, including warehouses, distribution centers, and customer facilities.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally.Ability to lift and move equipment as needed for installations.
