Qualifications

• 2+ years of audit, accounting, compliance, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
• Ability to travel locally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits and examinations at client locations and remotely.
• Review financial records, payroll data, operational reports, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare audit workpapers, schedules, and detailed findings.
• Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies, compliance issues, and areas of risk.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
• Assist with planning, executing, and completing audit engagements.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.
• Ensure engagements are completed accurately and within established timelines.
