Job summary

Brown & Joseph, LLC is seeking a dedicated Premium Auditor who will conduct essential audits on financial records for businesses across various sectors. This hybrid role allows you to work from home while requiring travel 2-4 days per week for on-site audits. Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s Degree and at least two years of relevant experience in performing premium audits.

The position offers a compensation range of $45-$48 per billable hour, and additional benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Two years performing premium audits or equivalent combination of education and experience desired.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.
• Must maintain automobile insurance with required coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance premium audits for various policies by auditing policyholder’s records.
• Prepare for audits by identifying necessary information and type of records needed.
• Communicate results to the insured and home office after examination.

Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial documents

General PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to communicate well with customers and staff
