Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group, based in Washington DC, seeks a Federal Retirement Plan Consultant to support modernization of retirement plan recordkeeping. You will conduct industry benchmarking, data collection, and develop client deliverables for a major federal procurement project.

The role requires strong analytical and writing skills, ability to interpret complex financial and operational information, and collaboration with senior experts and stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year for early career, 4+ years for mid, 10+ years for senior in defined contribution/recordkeeping/plan administration/IT.
• Experience gathering, compiling and analyzing data.
• Experience using spreadsheet software to analyze information and support deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support research and benchmarking of defined contribution plans and recordkeepers.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources.
• Develop reports, executive summaries, and client deliverables.
• Assist with project planning, timelines, milestones, and risk tracking.
• Draft narratives and process documentation for future-state recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior experts and cross-functional teams on acquisition and transition activities.
