Censeo Consulting Group, a Washington DC-based management consulting firm, seeks a Defined Contribution Consultant to support modernization and recompete efforts for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board. You will conduct research, collect data, build models, and prepare client deliverables with senior SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree or equivalent in business, technology, finance, or related field.
• 1 year min for Early Career; 4 years for Mid; 10+ years for Senior in defined contribution, recordkeeping, plan administration, IT, or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of defined contribution plans and recordkeeping services.
• Experience gathering, validating, and analyzing qualitative or quantitative data.
• Experience preparing written reports, presentations, charts, spreadsheets, or client deliverables.

Aufgaben

• Support research and benchmarking of recordkeepers, plan administrators, products, technologies, and service delivery models.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from agency, industry, and market sources.
• Develop analytical models, spreadsheets, and process documentation.
• Draft reports, executive summaries, presentations, charts, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior SMEs and cross-functional teams on acquisitions, transitions, and strategic planning.
