Job summary

LCG Inc. seeks a Program Manager / Senior Program Manager to lead execution and governance of a large federal IT modernization and O&M program.

You will coordinate cross-team delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure transparent forecasting and budget tracking. The role requires a PMP certification, ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and a hybrid work setup in Rockville, MD with on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technical delivery in a structured environment.
• 5+ years managing multi-team programs or large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and governance across a multi-team portfolio: BA, QA, Dev, ServiceNow, EA, O&M, DB.
• Own program delivery outcomes across modernization, backlog, enhancements and sustainment.
• Establish and maintain delivery predictability with release planning, milestones, dependencies and capacity.
• Ensure clean handoffs from intake to delivery, release and sustainment.
