Job summary

LCG seeks a Project Manager, Contract Delivery to lead federal IT program delivery for HHS. The role oversees engineers, analysts, and staff, ensuring contract performance, governance, and client satisfaction in a hands-on delivery leadership capacity.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and federal contract experience, with the ability to work onsite a minimum of three days per week in Rockville, MD under a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of federal IT or technical service delivery program management (5 years with a Master's).
• 2+ years leading or supervising technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of federal IT programs meeting technical, schedule, budget objectives.
• Establish project management standards, delivery methods, and quality practices.
• Develop project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and program health.
• Own contracts lacking an assigned Project Manager.
• Lead Agile delivery across teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations and governance.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Mentor Project Managers, engineers, and analysts.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and workforce development.
• Maintain documentation and governance artifacts.
