Job summary

DMI is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a Federal Program in Rockville, MD. You will lead cross-functional teams across development, modernization, and operational excellence to ensure on-time delivery of program objectives while complying with Federal IT standards.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, release and change management, and continuous improvements. Hybrid onsite work is required (4 days in Rockville, 1 day remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• ITIL service management practices and SLA governance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and resources with status updates to Government stakeholders.
• Develop and present project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs for program health and readiness.
• Oversee release management, CAB and production deployment activities with minimal impact.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities and RCA.
• Coordinate BPR initiatives and stakeholder workshops for process modernization.
