Constellation Inc. is seeking a Federal HR Analyst (Hybrid) in Washington, DC to support CBP OPR by drafting position descriptions and org charts, and translating stakeholder needs into written requirements.

The role requires 4+ years federal government experience, DHS Tier 5 clearance, and the ability to develop documentation, project plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting the federal government as a consultant or contractor.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, understandable requirements and work with cross-functional teams.
• Develop professional-level documents, reports, and project plans with milestones and timelines.
• Support project meetings, events, and prepare presentations for project needs.
• Assist with designing position descriptions and organizational studies, documenting risk factors and dependencies.
• Update policy and guidance information on SharePoint sites and collect supporting data.
