Courageous Leadership Alliance, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Federal Financial Management Instructor to facilitate a 5-day core course for federal staff, blending remote and occasional in-person sessions in the DC metro area.

You will review content with our instructional team, serve as a subject matter expert on budget, accounting, and Federal finance topics, and engage participants with practical, real-world questions across remote platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on federal financial management experience across budget, accounting, auditing and financial operations.
• Experience with DOJ financial management processes and UFMS.
• Proven ability to deliver instructor-led training both in person and virtually and engage adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a 5-day, 40-hour core course for up to 42 federal staff.
• Review course content for accuracy with instructional design.
• Answer participants’ real-world questions during sessions.
