Ideal candidates have 5+ years of professional experience (3+ in consulting) and a U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience including 3+ years in consulting
• Experience with large Federal government or nationwide programs; grants management a plus
• Clearance: U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain/maintain security clearance
• Exceptional written and oral communication; collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel within the Washington DC metro area and beyond

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tasks and workstreams to meet project goals and deliver high-quality solutions
• Manage Federal grant programs and support awardees and client staff
• Analyze business problems using interviews, data, and context to identify process and organizational improvements
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to accelerate identification of innovative, practical solutions
• Create professional work products and deliverables (documents, presentations, data dashboards) to support client decisions
• Learn mission/business aspects while maintaining attention to detail and exceeding client expectations
• Lead and support projects with a clear understanding of the consulting business
• Contribute to and grow company service areas beyond individual projects
• Support a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth
• Collaborate with clients to deliver outstanding service and mission results
