Job summary

Terrestris is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the US Capitol Police IRMD Support program in Washington, DC. This full-time role provides financial management, budget execution, procurement, payments, reconciliation, and reporting support.

The position is hybrid, onsite at least two days per week with up to three days of telework after an acclimation period. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and at least three years of federal budget experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of federal budget management and execution experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and propose solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial management and budget execution support.
  • Assist with budget preparation, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Track budget status, validate invoices, and respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.
