Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active Arizona State Bar membership.
• Strong foundation in family law, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client-centered communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials with effective advocacy.
• Draft settlement agreements, depositions, and discovery responses; stay organized.
