Jobot is seeking a dynamic Family Law Attorney in Phoenix, AZ for a permanent, full-time role on-site. The attorney will handle diverse family law matters, from post-marital agreements to child custody disputes, and will participate in negotiations and court proceedings.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is active in the State Bar, has 2+ years in family law, and demonstrates excellent negotiation and advocacy skills while managing high caseloads with professionalism.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active State Bar membership.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in family law, including post-marital agreements and child custody disputes.
• Proven litigation experience with strong courtroom demeanor and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of family law, including divorce and child custody.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations with strong advocacy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and related documents.
• Conduct case analysis and develop strategic approaches to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, court decisions, and developments affecting clients.
• Foster strong client relationships with compassionate, personalized service.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure high-quality service and case management.
