Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington's Center for Behavior and Systems Innovation seeks a Family and Community Liaison to strengthen family engagement, resource navigation, and systems improvement. This role brings lived experience to partnerships across Indiana and beyond.

Collaborating with Licensed Social Workers, Training Specialists, Instructional Designers, Navigators, and other teams, you will help families access services, develop resources, and participate in implementation supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years in related field.
• Experience navigating education, healthcare, disability, waiver, transition, or community support systems.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community organizations.
• Experience facilitating family engagement, support groups, trainings, or community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Licensed Social Workers, Training Specialists, Instructional Designers, Navigators, and project teams.
• Help individuals and families navigate complex service systems and inform development of resources and materials.
• Elevate family voice to improve partnerships and identify community needs.
• Represent the Center at community events and outreach activities.
• Develop and deliver trainings, presentations, and webinars for family engagement.
