Job summary

Laserfiche is seeking a Building Technician to support daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety for the building, corporate house, and parking structure.

The role requires the ability to work independently, assist with troubleshooting with the Building Engineer, and support complex projects and safety compliance. The position offers a hybrid work environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Replace filters, bulbs, and perform minor repairs.
• Respond to work orders and urgent service calls.
• Assist with complex troubleshooting, project planning, and contractor oversight.
• Support OSHA and safety/compliance requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
