Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC - Hybrid Mobile Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems and general building upkeep across multiple sites.

The role supports preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, with duties spanning electrical, plumbing and light carpentry. You'll work standard business hours, travel between locations, and ensure safety and reliability of building systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with trade schooling.
• EPA or CFC certification with hands-on refrigeration experience.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing for a hybrid role.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC/R equipment following codes and safety standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work responsibilities.
• Share knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems with the team.
• Represent CBRE and model its culture in daily work.
• Explain technical information clearly to clients and team members.
