Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Tactful verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with MS Project.
• Strong commitment to internal/external customer service.
• Willingness to travel for project relocations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with property maintenance issues and minor construction/leasehold projects.
• Coordinate staff or vendor activities to resolve maintenance needs for corporate and program offices.
• Manage small projects (<$5K); plan, budget, schedule; prepare cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
• Assist PMs in scheduling and coordinating vendors/contractors for authorized projects.
• Review and validate vendor invoices for maintenance-related items.
