Job summary

CareSource in Dayton, OH is seeking a Facilities Project Manager III to lead construction, renovation and reconfiguration projects, manage budgets, schedules and occupancy planning across multiple office locations. This role blends in-office and remote days, with on-site work 3 days a week.

You will coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders and HR, maintain records, ensure code compliance, and drive space optimization and furniture projects across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management.
• Experience managing multi-building portfolio > 500,000 sq ft.

Responsibilities

• Manage project administration including proposals, requisitions, invoices, and work orders.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and coordinate IT requirements.
• Lead project meetings for construction and furniture projects.
• Oversee vendors/contractors and monitor schedule and quality.
• Plan moves and space allocations; coordinate with internal resources.
