Job summary

AMBA is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the Urbandale campus operations within our IT team, coordinating maintenance, vendor relationships, and safety protocols while partnering with the Service Desk to resolve basic IT issues.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to space planning, asset management, and emergency planning in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus.
• Customer service or asset management experience; IT support preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/macOS, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for building services requests, including maintenance and general facility inquiries.
• Oversee upkeep of office spaces, including repairs, cleaning, and utilities.
• Provide tier 1 IT support for issues and log tickets for timely resolution.
• Coordinate office relocations, renovations, and workspace planning.
