The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Denver seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations of multiple facilities in a hybrid work environment. You will advise, direct, and collaborate with outsource staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Church standards and regulations.

You will be accountable for KPI performance related to timeliness, cost, quality, and self-performance, manage budgets with Operations Manager, and lead weekly FM group

Competenze

• BS degree or equivalent in facilities/related field
• 6+ years in facility management with 2+ years in leadership
• FMP certification required within 1 year of hire or in progress
• Knowledge of safety, fire codes, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and vendors effectively

Mansioni

• Implement strategic objectives from leadership and align team with goals
• Manage maintenance for one or more FM groups including preventive and corrective work
• Conduct semi-annual facility evaluations and develop annual/long-term plans
• Perform property inspections and ensure compliance with standards
• Lead FM group in completing emergency work orders
• Own KPI performance for timeliness, cost, quality, and self-performance
• Identify and manage vendors and coordinate their work
• Oversee budget with Operations Manager and Vendor Management
• Recommend vendor changes when contracts underperform
• Maintain 24x7 on-call emergency availability
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations including health and safety
• Promote safety programs and emergency response plans
• Coordinate facility inspections with authorities
• Build relationships with local leaders and staff for facility needs
• Lead weekly FM group meetings and work-order prioritization
• Organize training within maintenance team and support initiatives
