SkyChefs is seeking a Construction Manager-Capital Projects & Facilities to lead multimillion-dollar capital projects across the U.S. network.

This hybrid role focuses on facilities engineering leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement to improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The candidate will drive program strategy, manage engineering evaluations, and oversee multi-discipline teams in a fast-paced aviation catering environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading facilities engineering, construction, or capital projects.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects in manufacturing, aviation, or logistics environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle delivery of capital improvement and restructuring projects across the U.S. network.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics for projects.
• Coordinate design, procurement, permitting, contractor selection, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Provide engineering guidance and solutions throughout planning and execution.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to optimize ROI and ensure compliance.
