Job summary

SkyChefs seeks a senior leader to oversee Facilities Engineering & Capital Projects across its nationwide network. You will drive complex infrastructure initiatives, lead multi-million dollar programs, manage project teams, and ensure reliability of production and utility systems.

The role requires deep expertise in project engineering, construction management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on safety, quality, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading facilities engineering, construction, infrastructure, capital projects, or industrial engineering initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex construction or facility projects simultaneously.
• Strong project engineering support experience including design coordination, problem solving, and execution support.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, aviation, or similarly complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience navigating compressed timelines and fast-changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of capital improvements, facility expansion, renovation, infrastructure, automation, and construction projects across the U.S. network.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risk plans, and performance metrics for successful delivery.
• Oversee engineering design, procurement, permitting, contractor selection, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Provide project engineering support and engineering solutions through planning and execution phases.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Asset Management, Operations, and executives to identify best-value solutions.
• Utilize project tools (Procore, Ariba) for documentation, reporting, approvals, change orders, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and operational standards.
