Connecticut OnLine Computer Center (COCC) is seeking a Corporate Facilities Engineering Specialist to maintain and operate our buildings and grounds. This onsite role covers maintenance tasks, vendor coordination, mail/shipping, and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in facilities, maintenance, landscaping, construction, or shipping/receiving.
• Hands-on maintenance with plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
• Landscaping, carpentry, drywall, or installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance of interior and exterior building spaces.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance routines.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors for repairs and outsourced projects.
• Maintain grounds, snow removal, and HVAC monitoring.
