COCC in Avon, CT is seeking a corporate Facilities Engineering Specialist to support day-to-day maintenance and operations of buildings and grounds. Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in facilities, maintenance, landscaping, construction, or shipping and receiving.
• Hands on experience with building maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance of interior and exterior building spaces.
• Develop and manage a preventative maintenance routine for daily and weekly tasks.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors for building repairs, maintenance, and outsourced projects.
